If you are looking to have customed printed linen done, you've come to the right place. Here are some of the things you should pay attention to before placing your order. 

1. Can you design the pattern I want?

I offer pattern matching and pattern design service. Depending on how complicated the pattern is, the cost for each pattern will vary, starting from $50.

2. Colour variations

Printed products will always have colour variations as compared to their appearance on your screen. Iphones as compared to other phones are better at reflecting the truer colours, but there will always be variations when it comes to the actual print. 

I therefore always recommend my customers to order a 1 meter sample before placing a larger order. 

If you are really particular about exact colour matches, you would need to use the Pantone colour system. However, it can be troublesome for those who aren't familiar with it, so to keep it simple, I would simply recommend my customers to have samples done beforehand. 

2. Making the most out of sample printing

A cheeky way to go about sample printing is to incorporate several designs into your file. See image below for reference. 

If you're looking to print one pattern only, you could combine different colour variations for that particular pattern so that once printed, you would be able to see what colours work best. 

3. What file should I use? 

Any file works including AI, PSD, PNG, JPG, PDF,... However, an AI file with a CMYK colour system would produce the most accurate coloured print. 

A file suitable for printing will need to have a seamless pattern with a width of 140cm corresponding to the width of the fabric. If your file does not meet this requirement, it will need to be touched up either by you, or by us for a small fee.

4. How long will the printing process take?

Once the design is finished, please allow 6-8 weeks from order to receipt of fabric. Priority printing can be requested for an additional fee, the cost for which will depend on your order quantity.
