Returns & Exchanges

We do not exchange or accept returns on cut-to-length linen fabric unless it is faulty, final sale items, gift cards, face masks, fabric samples, and custom orders. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Other items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition — unworn, unused, unwashed — with attached labels and original packaging. Once we receive the items back, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided.

  • Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
